Position Title: Area Sushi Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A fast-growing food and beverage holding group in the Middle East
Job Description:
- Oversee all sushi serving outlets of the group
- Create a rich sushi menu with various main ingredients
- Coordinate with other restaurant staff to ensure proper cooking, considering special requests and food allergies
- Recommend new and modern sushi recipes
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Degree in culinary or any related courses and certifications
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role preferably from renowned restaurants in the UAE
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
