The Platform Studio team is a newly-established unit within the Platform Marketing unit. Our job is akin to brand managers, and our brand is TikTok for Business. We strive to develop campaign able concepts and programs to grow our footprint within the industry, and to further cement our proposition as the most impactful platform for advertisers. We are a compact team of strategists, designers and content creators striving to make a significant impact that surpasses our size. As an art director, you'll get your hands on all sorts of projects - from small initiatives to large-scale campaigns - and get to pioneer unprecedented ideas in the world of B2B communications. Who we are: Brand builders: we develop TikTok for Business as a brand, write and tell the stories that enable our growth in the industry, and cement our position as the most impactful platform for advertisers. Brand managers: we believe that all brand communication is B2H, and we develop our B2B campaign concepts and GTM plans with the same strategic and creative rigour that is usually reserved for B2C.

Brand guardians: we protect the look, feel and design of the TTFB brand, as well as its overall character, tone of voice and core equities. You describe yourself as... Independent risktaker: You're comfortable leading your own projects, you are not afraid of making mistakes and prefer to apologize than to ask for permission. Visionary storyteller: You have a natural ability to recognize winning ideas and the vision and resilience to bring these ideas to the right people - internally and externally. Passionate Creator: You are a master of your craft, curious about design in all its forms, detail-oriented and fiercely passionate about your work. You are a self-starter and like to get your hands dirty. Conceptual thinker: Beyond your craft, you are a conceptual thinker, able to uncover thought-provoking insights and articulate creative ideas to answer them.

Responsibilities
- Generate fresh ideas for our campaigns, from small initiatives to large-scale seasonal events - meticulously craft, and effectively present them.
- Enrich our data and product storytelling: find engaging hooks to tell our creative platform story using multiple formats.
- Through a seamless mix of strategic thinking and creative copywriting, define the creative articulation of our platform value propositions, turning product benefits into brand stories.
- Support on GTM strategy and implementation for various branding and performance campaigns.
- Lead on our video content creation through creative copywriting and art direction.
- Guide our creative agencies and partners to define and implement our brand's visual language across all campaigns.
- Act as brand guardian to protect the look / feel / design of TikTok for Business
- Ensure that all creative projects align with our business goals and support our sales team in meeting their targets.

Requirements

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience as a copywriter or strategic planner from a creative agency with a portfolio to demonstrate your campaign work.
- Experience on working on projects from concept through to delivery
- Great communication skills, and ability to articulate and present strong creative concepts and ideas
- Fluency in Arabic language

Preferred Qualifications
- Understand that ideas take the lead, but how they're shaped and showcased is just as crucial.
- Ability to inspire and guide a creative execution team through mockups and moodboards
