Assistant Boutique Manager - Luxury Fashion - Dubai
The Assistant Boutique Manager is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the store, managing and motivating the team, and creating a luxury service culture

Description
Team Management:
* Manage the team in terms of recruitment, leadership, training, and performance appraisal
* Monitor the sales target of the boutique staff
* Conduct / Organize briefings to the team
* Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork
Client Relations:
* Deliver excellent customer service to the clients
* Support the sales team on the shop floor
* Manage a portfolio of local and international clients
* Strategize and innovate ways to improve service standards
Operational efficiency:
* Establish the necessary means to achieve the objectives of the shop
* Monitor indicators such as turnover, traffic, sell through etc
* Propose actions for customer loyalty and development
* Participate in buying sessions
Stock:
* Oversee the management and organization of inventory along with the stock manager
* Participate in restocking along with the boutique manager
* Comply with the Boutique charter and follow all procedures such as cash, inventory, stock etc

Requirements
* 4-5 years of prior retail management experience in a full line fashion store is required
* Strong knowledge of the luxury industry with fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand
* Passionate about the field of fashion (design, texture etc)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
* Strong analytic approach in carrying out the required tasks
* High degree of professionalism in attitude and teamwork with clients and management team
* Fluency in English is a must, Arabic and/or French would be an added advantage
