Charterhouse is working with a South African casual dining concept whose first café is due to open in Dubai in August. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee the pre-opening and smooth running of the business.

You will have responsibility for the waiters / waitresses, ensuring that customer service standards are met. You will also instill an exceptional level of service and oversee the achievement of monthly KPIs.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be based in the UAE and should have previous experience in a casual dining concept in the region. You should have previous management experience and be a confident leader.
