Assistant Director of Sales

Job description / Role

- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Contribute to the development of the annual sales plan and budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, providing effective solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their evolving needs and expectations.
- Supervise and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support in achieving targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance team skills.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Actively participate in sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and KPIs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales-related tools.
- Flexibility to travel as required.

Salary:
AED 9,000 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
