Job description / Role
Responsible for transforming the business by driving a paradigm shift, from brick and mortar to digital retail, thereby positioning the organization as an Omni channel value retailer, in terms of strategy, processes and stakeholder-mindset, across the GCC.
Key Accountabilities
Sales:
Manage sales via commercially trading the website to achieve online budget and margins. Drive sales by being content driven (based on an attractive assortment) rather than promotion driven so that brand value and margins aren’t compromised.
Operations Management:
Manage, update, and maintain the Omni channel vision and provide intellectual leadership and partnership to the cross functional initiative teams, in order to implement and execute the vision.
Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with internal business partners in order to drive a mixed
basket shopping experience.
Process Improvement:
Drive process improvement projects, including current state assessment, improvement opportunity identification and solution definition in a team-based environment in order to support ongoing improvements.
Projects Development:
Manage the development and implementation of Omni channel pilot projects, coordinate with multiple stakeholders and business partners in order to drive a better shopping experience
Inventory Management:
Manage ecommerce inventory in order to maintain stock covers.
Requirements
E- COM – Third Party Role
- Key account management is a must.
- Looking at people from brands selling on online portals. Salary – 14 to 15k
- Also companies from UAE who is selling online – on marketplace
