Job description / Role
• Production of various analysis- both routine as well as ad-hoc as per business requirements.
• Quality assurance to ensure that the analysis produced is of the appropriate standard and properly reconciled.
• Maintain the OGL in a systemic manner.
• Control over accruals and cost bookings.
• Ensure that the processes followed are efficient with minimal handoffs of data.
• Ensure accuracy in RM reports and finance digest.
• Ensuring time bound delivery of reports.
• Timely closure of accounting periods.
• Reporting to ad-hoc queries from RM’s and Market leaders on regular basis.
• Checking introducers calculations
Requirements
• An accounting graduate/ qualified accountant with minimum of 3 years of experience in the Finance function of a large bank with exposure to financial & management information.
• Good understanding of finance concepts related to Asset Management, financial controls and financial accounting.
• Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision, effective communication skills and ability to interact with key stakeholders.
