Overview of the role:

In this role, you will manage documents, handle data entry, and conduct financial reporting to support the Regional Retail Leasing and Asset Management teams. The goal is to execute the AFGRE Leasing Admin strategy aligned with overall objectives within set timelines. Working closely with the Regional team and supporting the Regional Lease Admin Manager, your responsibilities include familiarity with leasing concepts, drafting legal documents, knowledge of leasing systems like Yardi, consistent judgment in goal planning, effective direction of supporting departments, and an understanding of budgeting and forecasting principles for super regional malls/retail assets.

What you will do:
- Assist in planning and preparing reports for Lease Admin strategy.
- Manage regional reporting for effective operation within KPI parameters.
- Collaborate on progress reports, including vacancy, renewals, and operational reports.
- Maintain up-to-date tenancy schedules and a centralized tracking sheet for renewals, legal matters, and documents.
- Coordinate communication between regional teams, EIT, and vendors/partners.
- Handle leasing administration tasks, including Yardi Systems Process and Change Management.
- Ensure quality control, conduct Yardi training, and collaborate on legal document review with Group Legal, maintaining detailed audit trails.

Job Context:

In this role, you will work within the established confines of departmental budgets and targets, adhere to relevant policies and procedures, follow the stipulations outlined in the Delegation of Authority (DOA), and operate within the legal parameters specified by the Al-Futtaim Legal Department.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

- Degree or equivalent level of education in any discipline preferable but not mandatory, dependent on previous experience and aptitude.

Requirements

Minimum Experience:

- 3-4 years' experience in Lease administration, preferably in retail leasing/property management
- 2 - 3 years' experience working with Yardi
