Assistant Manager - Client Experience AED 22,000 per month plus benefits
Our client, a leading company in the UAE is looking for an Assistant Manager - Client Experience to join their growing team in Dubai.
As an Assistant Manager Client Experience, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager Client Experience on all aspects of enhancing the company’s client experience, customer service, complaint management, marketing and marketing coordination.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, the ideal candidate must have at least three years of working experience in Financial Services, Marketing or Customer Service function. In addition, to being Degree qualified with strong experience within client driven, high-value marketing and/or customer service fields. You must be goal orientated and self-motivated. UAE National candidates are preferred.
