Assistant Manager - Guest Services AED 14,000 per month plus benefits Dubai, UAE
Our client, a leading company in the UAE, is looking for an Assistant Manager Guest Services, to join their growing team in Dubai.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running of the Guest Services process delivery oversight, including hands on line duty engagement, to ensure the highest level of service delivery, to monitor GS team performance, to drive and achieve Incremental sales team targets, to achieve incremental sales team targets, to maintain efficient facilities and staff management, to carry out process improvement, to evaluate customer feedback for process enhancement and to ensure strong team Management at all times.
Requirements
In order to apply for this role, the successful candidate must have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality/tourism industry, have a strong personal and leadership sales track record, be Leader and a dynamic communicator, a self-starter with strive to elevate service delivery standards, be a driven individual in addition to a proactive and forward thinker.
