Assistant Manager - Human Resources

Job Description:

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and promote a healthy company culture.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management programs.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as training and development programs, wellness activities, and recognition programs.
• Monitor HR metrics and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
• Lead a team of HR professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring the delivery of HR services effectively.

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in HR roles, with 4 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and employee relations.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive HR matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools for data management and reporting.
• Experience with talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
