Job Purpose

Management of Corporate Learning and Development Key activities such as:

LMS, Technology & Integration, MIS & Leadership Slide, Elearning creation/Launch, Retail Excellence Academy, Corporate Leadership Programs, Vendor Compliance and Finances, Vendor Management, Program Management,

Job Description

The candidate will be primarily responsible for managing LMS, managing Retail Excellence Academy in JA, managing Elearning -from creation to execution of adoption, support to Territories/Functions that requires assistance in Learning execution.

Program logistics/admin support for Corporate and Functions program as when needed, Finance management (Petty cash & all other expenses/payment), Contract Management for Department Projects, Vendor management/compliance, and Technology Integration management.

Key Focus Areas & Responsibilities:

Learning Management System:

- Corporate courses management through maintenance of Corporate Course Mastersheet.

- Management/Maintenance of Admin roles creation for the Group.

- Monitor and track Learning management system, assign trainings, drive completion.

- Creation of courses for Functions as when needed.

- Work with HCM COE Team for LMS Upgrade/UAT testing as when needed. (Quarterly & adhoc support)

- Driving testing/UAT for functionalities with Concepts as required by HCM COE team and IT Support team.

- Coordination with IT Support as when SRs are raised and in need of testing for resolution.

- Service Requests Management for all LMS related SRs by L&D Community.

- Leads UATs, Upgrades,System testings for the Group

- Collate feedback & suggestions from Concepts L&D and channel it back to the COE Corporate team.

- Supports feedback generation to Concepts and Functions as when needed.

- MIS Management

Training & Administration:

- Conduct quarterly LMS TTT

- Supports Corporate Leadership Program as required.

- Works alongside Functions for trainings/logistics execution needs as when needed.

- Coordinating multiple training events as when needed by the Corporate team and Functions.

- Maintenance/Execution of Corporate minutes of meetings.

- Manage Corporate Training MIS

E-learning:

- Management of creation of e-Learnings for the Department

- Elearning creation assistance to Territories/Functions as required

- Drives Launch & Adoption of LMS Courses

- Provides / Manage Elearning Reports/Dashboards as required.

Requirements

Logistics:

- REA upkeepment - Asset Management / Compliance

- Training rooms booking management for Retail Excellence Academy, Jebel Ali

- Logistics maintenance for Retail Excellence Academy, Jebel Ali

- BCP Guidelines upkeepment of REA - Coordinates with Facilities Team on the same.

- Compliance of REA Users

Finance Management:

- Department Petty cash / Expenses Management

- Vendor payment / Compliance on the Payment Process

- Vendor empanelment/Compliance on the KYC Process

- Contract Management on all the Projects.
