Job description / Role
Assistant Manager - Logistics Operations
• Review and Implement process for company Operations in Freight and warehousing
• Operations monitoring along with Customer Service shipments
• Lead company owned operations
• Monitor performance for existing and new clients
• Problem solving and finding solutions
• Support Customer Service as and when required
• Monitor customs clearance and provide support for customs related activities
• Implementation of process with newly added vendors for operations and transport
• Communication with DP world and DNATA as and when required
Salary:
AED
15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Qualification required
• Minimum 10-12 years freight forwarding experience
• Minimum Bachelors or above
• Team management and decision-making skills
• Good knowledge on excel / word
• Knowledge on customs system / Emirsal 1 & 2
