Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Assist in the development and implementation of service delivery policies, systems, processes and procedures covering all relevant business functions e.g. Quality, HSE etc. so that all business requirements are fulfilled while delivering quality services to customers in line with the service standards, vision and mission.
Assist in service delivery plan are prepared, implemented and monitored to meet contractual obligations with clients, achieve the overall revenue, profitability and growth targets for each service line/customer account.
Support in compliance to all relevant Quality and Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) management policies, procedures, standards and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.
Assist in managing external relations with service providers to build competitive advantage for Shabaka. Ensure effective systems are defined and implemented to monitor vendor performance and quality to undertake timely corrective actions and uphold brand equity of Shabaka services.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in B2C services; attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Provide support to team of internal employees - setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize performance and motivation of members to achieve business objectives and results.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Degree in Engineering preferably with knowledge of consumer services delivery, service delivery operations management etc

Minimum Experience (number of years): 8-10 years experience within the facility management or hospitality industry managing business operations, profitability and teams.

Job-specific Skills: General management skills, effective communication in English and Arabic, business acumen, problem solving skills.
