Position Title: Assistant Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A start- up, Ecommerce platform based in Dubai, carrying their own unique brand catering to high street and trendy type of female fashion wear
Job Description:
• Coordinate and assist Operation Head with overall planning and execution for marketing budget, brand management, product management, marketing, promotions and Sales
• Suggest and implement policies and strategic decisions, best fit for the business operations and tasks management for the team
• Track, follow up, coordinate and review of work progress of each projects
• Work closely with Merchandising teams to ensure products arrive on time and Customer Care Team to ensure clients feel they are taken cared of
• Monitor HR and Accounts team performance and needs for targets and deadlines to meet
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian or Arabic nationality
• Female, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any relevant field
• At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce and fashion brands operation
