Position Title: Assistant Outlet Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4,500 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation

About the Client:
The hiring company is a leading hospitality group in the UAE.
Job Role:
• Assists with promoting the lounge, menu planning, maintains standards, assists servers on the floor during peak periods and manages property inventories and controls
• Strives to ensure guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget
• Manages all aspects of a specific outlet(s) within the F&B department including the selection, development, and performance management of colleagues, optimizing profits and increasing sales
• Advises the F&B management of any improvements needed in relation to restaurants operation including updates to SOPs or addition/ deletion of SOPs
• Implements strategies to increase the market share for the outlet
• Prepares the Food and Beverage marketing plan
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Arabic and European nationals
• Female, 38 years and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 3 years relevant experience; hospitality industry is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Communication and team management abilities
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
