Assistant Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Planning Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and scheduling, with the ability to assist in coordinating and managing project timelines and resources. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for various real estate development projects.
• Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are delivered according to specifications and standards.
• Manage project timelines and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on project status, costs, and any potential issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local regulations and building codes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
