Position Title: Assistant Procurement Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the leading suppliers of coil coatings and a major provider of industrial paints worldwide.

Job Description:
• Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of raw materials, chemicals, and other supplies essential for paint production.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring the cost-effective and timely delivery of materials
• Perform periodic negotiations and price renewal for Raw Materials to secure favourable terms, achieve cost savings, and improve overall profitability.
• Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts and agreements, including terms and conditions for the supply of raw materials.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationalities
• 43 years old and below
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage
• Knowledge of paint industry-specific raw materials, chemicals, and suppliers would be advantageous.
• Experience in Direct, Indirect Materials and CAPEX procurement is essential.
• Fluent English communication skills both written and oral.
• Experience with Procurement/Purchasing ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX) or other software is an advantage.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and chemical handling protocols.
