Job description / Role
Currie & Brown has a range of opportunities within the Middle East region and is currently looking for an Assistant Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to work on a prestigious build project in Dubai.
We are looking for well-rounded individuals with experience of providing PQS services to a wide range of clients.
The successful candidates will be supporting project leaders in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, capturing and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.
This will be an extremely rewarding role working for a company with excellent growth plans in the Middle East.
Requirements
- RICS accredited BSc degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years’ technical delivery experience gained within a global construction consultancy
- Full post-contract services (measurement a must) with hospitality and leisure experience.
- Middle East experience is essential.
- Well organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
- Excellent oral and written communication with strong measurement skills.
- A team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible
- Preference will be given to Sri Lankans.
