Job description / Role
To manage and develop client relationships in a specified geographical area to achieve the defined objectives and service standards of the Bank.
1) Relationship Management
a) Develop and manage client relationships, offering value-added services by placing client needs at the forefront.
b) Grow sustainable revenues from the existing customer portfolio and acquisition of high value clients.
c) Proactively develop daily sales plans, resulting increased wallet share.
2) Portfolio Management
a) Monitor and optimize client portfolios through cross sell, upsell and retention.
b) Increase profitability and relationship depth whilst minimizing risk to ensure a healthy portfolio.
c) Optimize potential value and profitability by increased client engagement and delivery of solutions.
d) Establish effective dialogue / working relationships with Risk Management teams in order to build a sustainable asset growth.
At least 2 years of relationship management experience in the banking / financial services industry.
A minimum of CISI Level 3 (ICWIM) and UAE Financial Rules & Regulations certifications are required.
An extensive knowledge of markets, Investment and Insurance products is required
Experience in Wealth / Portfolio Management within the local market.
Knowledge and Skills
Understanding of Wealth Management products and services.
Skills to manage HNI client relationships.
Track record of delivering tangible results.
