What you'll be doing

- Research new wholesale food suppliers and negotiate prices
- Calculate future needs in kitchenware and equipment and place orders, as needed
- Manage and store vendors' contracts and invoices
- Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
- Prepare shift schedules
- Process payroll for all restaurant staff
- Supervise kitchen and wait staff and provide assistance, as needed
- Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
- Arrange for new employees' proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms)
- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Gather guests' feedback and recommend improvements to our menus
- Monitor restaurant KPIs & insure sales target achievements
- Develop the Front of House team to best potential by performance monitoring & relevant training
- Insure the team motivation and restaurant results by analyzing sales KPIs & putting staff incentive
- Coordination for restaurant snags & maintenance
- Coordination with 3rd parties suppliers when needed
- Create a good relationship with Mall Management to easily organize mall permits when needed & negotiate FOC supports (space or marketing)
- Be the coordinator between restaurant and back office team for administration purposes
- Contribute to, coordinate with marketing team & implementation of marketing plan for the restaurant
- Insure the best customer service level and develop relationship with loyal & VIP customers

Requirements

What you'll need to succeed

- The right candidate should have a positive attitude.
- Communicates effectively, work under pressure and prioritizes and works efficiently with limited supervision.
- Be a good middle man to coordinate between back of house, front of house, customers, back office, mall management, suppliers.
- Great Leadership Skills required to drive FOH team. French speaker is a plus.
