Position Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefits

Job Description:
• Assisting the restaurant manager and general manager in carrying out their duties.
• Setting sales targets to the team in order to maximize sales and profitability.
• Providing FOH team with a stimulating and supportive environment while maintaining standards of customer service.
• Coordinating daily front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house restaurant operations.
• Working as the manager on the floor (MTF).
• Working as the manager on duty (MOD).
• Submitting paperwork on documentations for incident report, finance report, broken equipment and or internal employee related matters

Requirements

Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• Minimum 4 years’ experience on same role related to healthy food concept restaurant
• Can join by March or April 2023
