Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working a busy casual dining Italian restaurant who are looking to hire an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team. As Restaurant Manager you will report directly to the owner.
About the role
You will support in overseeing all day to day operations of the restaurant, managing both the FOH and BOH team, supported a team of supervisors you will assist in leading a team of 30. This role will be the face of the operations, providing the highest level of customer service and managing all aspects on the floor. The Assistant Manager will support in all hiring and staff training.
You will ensures the highest standards of service at all time and maximise efficiency across the restaurant. You will support the owner in other locations of the business as required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or extensive experience as a Supervisor ready to take the next step. For strong candidates there is great growth potential. Experience in Italian or European restaurant is highly preferred but not essential.
You must have experience managing a team and have a proven record of stability, remaining with the same company for minimum of 2 years or more. Experience in Dubai is essential.
