Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/<br><br>Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS<br><br>Job Description <br><br><br> - Assist in the development of pricing strategies and revenue management tactics.<br> - Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to optimize revenue opportunities.<br> - Implement revenue management strategies to achieve the hotel's financial goals.<br> - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies for group bookings and promotions.<br> - Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track revenue performance and make recommendations for improvement.<br> - Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate rate loading across all distribution channels.<br> - Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost savings.<br> - Assist in the development and implementation of revenue maximization strategies, including upselling tactics and revenue optimization techniques.<br> - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation, such as average daily rate (ADR), occupancy rate, and revenue per available room (RevPAR).<br> - Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and budgeting.<br> - Assist in the identification and implementation of revenue-generating initiatives, such as package deals, promotions, and partnerships.<br> - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in revenue management to remain ahead of the curve.<br> - Support the Cluster Director of Revenue in special projects, analysis, and ad-hoc tasks as needed.<br><br>Qualifications <br><br><br> - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.<br> - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in revenue management or pricing analysis in the hotel industry.<br> - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.<br> - Proficiency in revenue management tools and software, such as RMS or other similar systems.<br> - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.<br> - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.<br> - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.<br> - Knowledge of the hotel industry trends, market dynamics, and distribution channels.<br><br>Additional Information <br><br>Your team and working environment: <br><br>Diverse, young and vibrant team<br><br>Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: <br><br>We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.<br><br>
