Job Description

What you will be doing:

- Responsible for driving and maximising sales.
- To ensure a prompt, courteous response and follow up to all enquiries.
- Leading and motivating the team creating sales focused environment with a focus on conversion and customer service.
- Hold site visits and client entertainment as required.
- Produce sales activity reports as required.
- To ensure sales are concerned with a proven track record of strong selling skills, upselling of the Hotel.
- Responsible to maximise all revenue opportunities through execution of all sales strategies.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Proactive experience of driving leads for Corporate & MICE.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Dubai experience would be a plus.
- Must have U.A.E. Driver's License and a car.
- Fluency in English & Arabic.
