Assistant Security Manager – Dubai, UAE – BigFish Recruitment
Our client is an established Dubai based Facilities Management Service Provider. They specialize in providing Hard and Soft Services to both residential, commercial and some retail facilities, through a Blue collar work force mainly consisting of MEP, Cleaning and Security staff. Currently they are seeking an Assistant Security Manager to join their team. Candidates should be experienced managing manned guarding through a blue collar workforce, ideally, someone who has managed security teams operating in commercial and residential towers within the UAE.
• Experience managing a blue collar Security Team
• Knowledge of CCTV Security Systems – ESSENTIAL
• Experience doing security audits - ESSENTIAL
• Facilities Management in commercial and/or residential towers – Desirable
• Excellent Arabic language skills – ESSENTIAL
• Good communication skills
• Good management skills
