Job Description

- Ensure all operations are in full compliance with local health and safety codes.
- Implements, monitors and enforces workplace safety standards. Leads by example to encourage a safe work environment.
- Ensures all client services are being carried out in a professional, correct and efficient manner.
- Monitors quality control in all aspects of operation.
- Promotes and practices excellent client service and ensures all staff is doing the same.
- To assist Management in increasing the Spa's profitability.
- To supervise staff within the section.
- To be flexible and willing when asked to fill in any areas where needed to help in an emergency or difficult circumstance as assigned or required by Management.
- To be ready and responsible to perform any other duties as designated or required by Management from time to time.
- Monitor guest service personnel constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guest satisfaction is being achieved through guest recognition and prompt cordial attention.
- Assists with orientation, training, performance evaluation and disciplinary action for store staff.
- Administrative Management.
- Having a positive attitude towards work, are self-disciplined and self-motivated, sets a good working example for all sub-ordinates.



- Minimum 2 years experience managing all operations in a retail environment.
- Experience with spa and/or massage therapy industries preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Information

- Experience is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
