Position Title: Store Assistant Manager
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 7K all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A mom-and-child retail store in Dubai Mall.

Job Responsibilities:
• Greet customers, respond to queries, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Upsell and cross-sell products of the store.
• Operate cash register, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers in the outlets.
• Maintain required records, prepare, and submit DSR, provide feedback and serve as direct point of interaction between customers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that the shop is always well-maintained and represents the company image.

Qualifications
• Female, 30 to 45 years old
• Should have at least 5 years’ experience working in a mall
• Must have experience in kid’s store and dealing with mothers
