Assistant Store Manager

Job description / Role

• Lead and supervise the team to ensure exceptional customer service, leaving a positive impression on all customers.
• Monitor and enhance the gelato preparation and presentation processes, maintaining high-quality standards and brand specifications.
• Execute Venchi's visual merchandising standards for consistent and appealing shop decorations.
• Implement and monitor hygienic policies and procedures, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate responsibilities to team members for the smooth flow of operations.
• Assist the store manager in achieving the store's sales and profitability targets through proactive collaboration.
• Manage various operational aspects, including participating in opening and closing procedures, conducting maintenance checks, and overseeing shifts.
• Contribute to the preparation and implementation of sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Continuously seek and identify opportunities to improve store performance and profitability within the market.
• Recruit, train and motivate, and foster team building among store employees to promote a positive and collaborative work environmen

Requirements

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management
• 4 to 6 years of experience in F&B operations, out of which 1 - 2 years in a managerial role
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office
