Assistant Store Manager (Arabic Speaker) - ACE - Al Ain

As part of Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the store is fulfilling its financial goals as well as providing direction to the store through leadership, motivation and effective communication.

You will support the Store Manager with sales and stock management and ensuring that the frequency and volumes of deliveries are according to peaks, and that there are adequate stocks available in the stores; Customer service and ensuring the highest level of service is always delivered throughout the store; Security and safety and implementing policies and procedures to safeguard our assets and property; Staff management and providing guidance and leadership to all staff members throughout the store. You will also ensure that all staff members are fully trained and developed to the level required for the role.

Requirements

This role is ideal for a candidate who aspires to be a Store Manager later in their career. The ideal candidate will be an experienced retailer who has had some form of people management responsibilities. Your planning and organising skills will be second to none as well as your ability to communicate across all levels of the business.
