Job Description
- Assisting Talent & Culture Manager with Department operations
- Resourcing and Talent Planning administration
- Develop employee engagement activities proposals and plans
- Maintains employee benefits programs
- Leading Talent & Culture projects with Department Head
Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience as an Assistant HR Manager within branded Hotels
- Russian Language will add benefits
- Excellent knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR Best Practice and the ability to support all areas of the business
- Experience of researching, developing and implementing HR related policies, procedures and practices
- Highly motivated with a flexible approach to work
- Organized, disciplined, confident and personable
- Must have the ability to lead, multi-task and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
