Assistant to CEO – International bank in DIFC, Dubai
On behalf of our client -an international bank, Swisslinx Middle East is seeking an experienced Assistant to join their office in DIFC, Dubai.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the CEO and the relationship managers with all administrational tasks and duties. You will be presentable and professional, and have an outstanding attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
To be considered for this role you should have:
- Must have experience as an Assistant in an international financial organization
- Previous private banking experience is a great plus for this position, ideally with an international bank
- Fluency in English and French
- Excellent time management and communication skills
