Job description / Role
NTS Group are working on an excellent opportunity with market leading retail group in Dubai, who are now looking to appoint an Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager.
The role will be responsible for developing visual displys and executing design decisions and based at the organizations regional HQ, in Dubai. The role will be responsible for creating and maintaining a compelling presentation of merchandise that will engage customers and help to increase and stimulate sales activity.
You will also be involved in the development and implementation of the visual shop design and have the opportunity to work with some of the region’s most exciting fashion and apparel brands.
Furthermore, you will be involved in maintaining the stock, developing visual schemes to effectively attract the right target market, ensure that inventory and stock levels are maintained, develop & maintain shelf positions (for attraction) and liaising with brands individually to formulate a visual scheme that fits into their vision.
You will also work effectively with an allocated budget to develop flawless and memorable visuals that reflect the brand and its culture.
Requirements
To be successful, you will have a Bachelor’s degree coupled with at least 5 years of retail design experience, working with international recognized brands.
You will possess very strong verbal communication skills, strong visual intelligence and strong leadership & management skills. It is essential you also hold a valid UAE driver’s license.
This role is offering up to AED 13,000 per month, plus benefits.
