Job description / Role
Direct Responsibilities:
- Drives Cash Management Sales and leads the discussion with Coverage to identify Cash Management opportunities.
- Consultative, product neutral approach: he will provide the best solution for the client with a long term relationship in mind.
- Actively maintains his knowledge of the market, competition, regulatory developments to be able to act internally and externally as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
- Delivers sharp and sleek Proposals and Pitches, correct in the content and the form.
- Maintains dialogue with the client during the deal, implementation and the lifetime of the
relationship and becomes the go-to person for any Cash Management enquiries.
- Works with the Business Manager to ensure accurate representation of own results in the MI.
- Maintains dialogue with mid and back office to monitor correct P&L reporting.
- Maintains Client First for pipeline and for call reports.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous client facing role in a Sales or Relationship Management function (Must).
- Solid in Cash Management, WoCA Management (Must).
- Knowledge of other transaction banking products and basic Fixed Income products (Desirable).
- Local knowledge of the market in the MEA region (Must).
- Excellent writing and Powerpoint skills (Must).
- Excellent presentation skills (Must).
- Relationship driven, polished, representative (Must).
- Positive and energetic, able to inspire a broad range of client facing colleagues (Must).
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Cash Management within Corporate Banking (Must).
