Job description / Role
Our client, a multinational law firm is seeking a highly skilled Corporate lawyer to join their team in Dubai.
Working closely with a Senior Partner who is widely recognized as a leading corporate Lawyer in Dubai, this role would suit someone who brings with them a good breadth of M&A, investment fund, commercial, and regulatory experience gained within a top tier or international law firm.
This role will see you working across jurisdictions within the Middle East.
Requirements
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:
• Post qualification experience in corporate projects and M&A with a reputable international law firm, with an ideal PQE of 1-3 years for UK qualified, or 2-4 years for AU qualified Lawyers;
• Good organizational skills and experience in transaction management;
• Excellent academic track record;
• Enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work;
• Excellent client relationship skills and experience of business development.
