Job description / Role
The Abu Dhabi office of a leading international law firm is seeking a Corporate Projects Lawyer at mid to senior Associate level. This successful team of sector specialists advises on complex issues across the Middle East and broader world market.
You, the successful applicant, will act specifically within the oil and gas sector under the leadership of local Partners. This growing team is going from strength to strength and are looking for an Associate that brings local expertise within a international or US law firm.
Requirements
Desirable skills and attributes include:
- At least 3 years and up to 8 years PQE in Corporate Projects and M&A within a reputable law firm;
- Excellent Academics;
- Demonstrated leadership in transaction management;
- Strong organisational and client relationship skills;
- A proven track record of business development;
- Commercial acumen and seeking intellectually challenging matters.
