Associate Director Operations - Facilities Management firm in Abu Dhabi/ Dubai (UAE)
Swisslinx Middle East is looking on behalf of our client, a facilities management firm, for an Associate Director based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
In this role you will be mainly focusing on the management of the Technical services of the company and assisting the CEO in all aspects of operations.
The successful candidate should have the following skills:
• 15 – 20 years’ experience in a facilities management firm, with a min. of 7-10 years on senior management level
• University Degree in either Engineering, Mechanical or relevant Operations management background
• Demonstrated management capability, including managing projects and budgets
• Excellent customer service, coordination and communication
• Fluent in English; Arabic will be a plus
• Strong analytical, leadership and decision making skills, plus being dynamic and independent
