Job Description
As part of this strategy, the CBE is now recruiting an Associate or Full Professor in the area of business, management or finance, and who will be assigned with associate dean responsibilities for the portfolio of postgraduate and executive education programs.

The position
The ideal candidate will have experience in the development and management of (a portfolio of) postgraduate and executive education programs, corporate relations, and related business development. S/He will qualify for the rank associate or full professor, with primary research and teaching interest in business, management or finance. The position requires strong engagement with practice and professionals, will be based in Abu Dhabi.

Candidates are expected to have a strong commitment to teaching excellence and student advising at the undergraduate and graduate levels, a demonstrable research capability that will enable the candidate to develop and sustain an internally and/or externally funded research program in his/her area of expertise, publish his/her research findings in refereed journals, and actively engage in promoting the growth of the UAE University. - Leadership, managerial, business and economic challenges in relation with the 4ir, the digital economy, technologically-driven innovation, and induced business-model innovation;
- Accelerated development of graduate education; and
- Strengthening corporate relations and internationalisation.

Minimum Qualification

- A PhD in Business, Management or Finance from an internationally recognized university.
- Proven experience in the development and management of (a portfolio of) postgraduate and executive education programs, corporate relations, and related business development;
- Qualify for the rank associate or full professor.

Expected Skills/Rank/Experience

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The appointed candidate will be expected to:

- Develop and management the College's portfolio of postgraduate programs and executive education;
- Coordinate the business development activities related to this portfolio.
- Act as campus director for the College in Abu Dhabi, representing the Dean.
- Participate in the general management of the College and contribute to the implementation and updating of its strategy;
- Engage in innovative and technology-based approaches to learning and teaching; and remain current with his/her discipline through research;
