Position Title: Commercial Lawyer
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 22K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
One of the leading multi-sector business groups in UAE

Job Description:
• Understand the structure, needs of the company, and come up with what is required to be developed
• Draft company MOA (Memorandum of Association), shareholder agreements, and JV agreements
• Establish company A-Z (HR, licensing, etc.)
• Represent the company in legal proceedings
• Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Arab nationals
• 45 years old and below
• Must have a Masters or Bachelors Degree in Law
• Minimum 7 years’ experience preferably from law firm or same industry within the group
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
