As a Private Equity Associate, you will play a pivotal role in executing and managing private equity investments across various sectors. Responsibilities include:

* Conducting financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
* Developing financial models and forecasts to evaluate investment returns and risks.
* Participating in negotiations and deal structuring processes.
* Monitoring portfolio companies and assisting in value creation initiatives.
* Collaborating with internal teams and external advisors to ensure successful transaction execution.

Requirements

* Fluent in Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated experience in closing transactions.
* Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling.
