Associate Professor in Arid Land Agriculture (300455)

The Department of Arid land Agriculture seeks to fill position in livestock Production and management at the level of Assistant/Associate Professor with research and teaching responsibilities.

The successful candidate is expected to develop a competitive and internationally visible research program in animal science with emphases on livestock production, with distinct scholarly outcomes including publications and presentations. He/she should be able to maintain a consistently funded research program through internal and external/collaborative support.

Requirements

The candidate must develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in animal science, supervise M.S. and Ph.D. students, advise departmental student organizations, and participate in appropriate professional and University service. Professional development activities are strongly encouraged.
