Associate Sales Director

Job description / Role

Our Client is a leading developer based in Ras Al Khaimah who have a new requirement for an Associate Sales Director.

- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining land and development site sales.
- Reporting to the Head of Sales you will proposes sales strategy, pricing, annual sales plans, targets, process flows and timelines;

Requirements

- Master Degree in Business Administration or similar;
- Minimum of five years of sales experience within the real estate sector
- Proven ability to pursue and close complex international land sales or financial transactions in a highly competitive environment.
- Experience writing proposals for land sales;
- Candidates must be well established in the local market and have good business development skills.
