Job description / Role
We are becoming distributor of a premium water analysis systems and consumables manufacturer for laboratories in UAE. The mission would be to define and execute sales and services activities related to this brand requirements in Oil & Gas/F&B/Pharma/Analytical market in UAE, with the objective of meeting and/or exceeding the business objectives with key customers.
- Map current system installations and identify out-of-order installations
- To develop and maintain relationships with laboratories in Oil & Gas, Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Industrial Water customer accounts, which will be in line with regional business plan.
- To identify service opportunities and propose calibration / maintenance / repair / upgrade of current installations and develop strong connection with clients.
- To develop business opportunities and to secure new orders within these accounts.
- To identify key projects at these accounts and secure the relevant enquiries from these accounts.
- Preparing and agreeing Sales and Service Action Plans with financial targets
- Monitoring and reporting of sales against the agreed sales targets and Sales Action Plans.
- Technical and commercial evaluation and acceptance / rejection of enquiries received either directly from the customer or via the office.
- Commercial evaluation of enquiries, in line with guidelines lay down by management reparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals.
- Undertake post submission clarification and negotiations.
- Responsible for regular visit reports, action plan and review of targets at least 2 times a month
- Provide aftermarket customer service technically or commercially at high satisfaction.
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Chemical engineer or Similar
- Background knowledge of process analysis, LAB equipment condition analysis, cost analysis.
- UAE Driving License is Mandatory
- English language a must.
- Should have experience and Contacts with Quality/Lab Personnel in Oil&Gas / Food / Analytical / RO desalination / Waster water Industries.
- Experienced in Sales of Consumables and Equipment to Lab/Process Divisions or Industries
