Job Description & Summary
To support Assurance Clients and Markets Partner and Assurance Marketing Manager to help achieve the line of services marketing and business development goals.

Business development / monthly reporting

- Conduct analyses of Line of Service data (revenue, wins etc) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Conduct desk-based research for proposals or client targeting exercises.
- Conduct monthly revenue reporting for Assurance Priority Accounts and report against Sub LoS budgets.
- Work with finance to conduct additional reporting of backlog and pipeline for OAS Priority Accounts and support with capturing and communicating actions from monthly meetings.
- Produce monthly update for Assurance Leadership Team meeting, including updates on priority accounts, key C&M activities, channel agility, and pipeline, wins and tea panel status.

Requirements

Support internal and external Assurance events

- Assist in delivering internal and external Assurance events, including securing R&Q approvals, coordinating production of relevant marketing materials, coordinating logistics with venues and suppliers, and securing brand approvals.
- Manage the use of CVENT (or other event/CRM platforms) for developing and disseminating invitations, and provide attendance update report.
- On a monthly basis, research external events taking place of relevance to Assurance sub-LoS and propositions, and propose suitable options to the Marketing & BD Manager.
- Maintain a Line of Service events calendar.

Marketing materials

- Support the production of LoS marketing materials. Work with teams so they understand the necessary steps and help refine content into a suitable format.
- Manage the production and feedback process, working closely with designers and print suppliers.
- Ensure that all work is aligned to the overall corporate brand identity.
- Support upkeep of the Assurance webpages ensuring they reflect the most up to date service offerings.

Internal communications

- Coordinate the development of the monthly / quarterly Assurance C&M newsletter, to include Assurance-relevant content such as thought leadership, articles, wins, and events.
- On a monthly basis, identify key wins or Assurance-relevant news to be published.

Salesforce

- Be one of the Assurance Salesforce Champions. Be able to attend to queries and provide assistance around key functionality of the platform.
- Develop a strong understanding of the marketing automation tool to issue Assurance communications around thought leadership etc to clients etc, as required.

Team admin

- Handle the processing of invoices.
- Maintain shared files and folders.
