Job description / Role
This individual will be responsible for liaising with government entities and authorities, communicating regarding projects and approvals, feeding information back to the Design team, with an understanding of the technical details of these major build projects.
This professional will be involved with various regions municipalities, however will be mainly dealing with Dubai authorities.
Meetings will be followed up with report writing to HQ Design team to ensure that the guidelines and Building code criteria are relayed into Design and documentation. As well as being hands on design documentation of projects.
Requirements
This professional will be living in the UAE already and have been working in a similar role with a reputable design/architecture/engineering consultancy.
With 5 years experience post-graduation of Architecture Degree, this individual will have a strong technical knowledge, expert knowledge of UAE building codes, and have significant liaison experience with UAE municipalities. Track record in gaining approvals and a professional demeanor is required.
