Automotive Accountant

Job description / Role

- Preparing accounts and tax returns
- Monitoring spending and budgets
- Auditing and analysing financial performance
- Financial forecasting and risk analysis
- Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
- Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
- Keeping account books and systems up to date.

Requirements

- At least 4 years experience in a similar automotive accountancy position.
- Experience with automotive DMS input and reporting.
- Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant Diploma
- GCC VAT experience and knowledge is preferable but not a must

This led me to a successful career with BMW & Rolls Royce as a senior technician, workshop team leader and UK BMW technician of the year. Not to mention an avid interest and passion for motorsport in my spare time, building, designing, selling and racing cars became the weekend hobby. As time passed, my experience grew with the likes of Ferrari, Bentley & Porsche as I worked within the GCC region also.

This has now led us to the strong foundations of RMA Motors. A place where we can share our knowledge & expertise with you the customer. We have all heard the horror stories, pit falls and bad experiences from buying cars in a region you are not familiar with and the UAE can sometimes be a difficult experience if you are not sure what you are looking for.
