Job description / Role
This role is responsible for supporting the importers in the regional market and assist the Network Development Manager in all aspects of Network Development activities.
This role would suit a professional with 2-3 years experience with an OEM Automotive company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handling inquiries on Corporate Identity (CI)
• Providing information on suppliers
• Assistance on coordination with HQ (CI Dept.) in case of opening new or refurbishment of the existing facilities
• Ensure dealership processes are in line with company standards
• Monitoring Business Management reporting and industry KPIs
• Creating an overview of the competitors’ network in the existing and new markets
• Assisting with importer/dealer scouting (data collection and compiling)
• Supporting activities in appointment of new importers/dealers
• Monitoring of the market place, customers and competitors
• Creating, managing and updating the importers’ database
• Follow-up on the fulfillment of commitments of the network plans
• Provide administrative support for Network Development
• Assistance with presentations
• Travel to market required
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Internet environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Capable of prioritizing
• Autonomous but team player
• Well organized
• Results oriented
• Knowledge in project management
• Good communication skills
• 2-3 years in a similar position
• Planning or analysis experience is required
• Sound knowledge of annual reports/financial reporting
