Job description / Role
The role will act as custodian of corporate, IM, AD, and AP compensation and benefits structure. The individual will conduct periodic benchmarks around the pay philosophy, assess competitive advantage in relation to the peer group. They will assess JE scores and manage the STI and LTI structures and Programs, ensuring proper grip over shares liquidation as per the LTI policy.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Manage Corporate, & subsidiaries compensation and benefits structure, changes, and amendments as per the DOA
* Assess competitive advantage concerning the peer group within the organization as well as conduct periodic benchmarks around the pay philosophy
* Plan and set the company's pay and benefits structure
* Assist in preparing a program budget and operate within that budget
* Assess JE scores for unique roles and ensure alignment with the compensation and benefits structure
* Manage the LTI and STI structures and programs and ensure proper grip over shares liquidation as per the LTI policy
* Identify the high potential talent within the organization and reward them for boosting their morale
* Collaborate with outside partners like insurance brokers, benefit vendors, and investment managers for better end results

Requirements
Key prerequisites will include:
* Min of 8+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
* Private sector, consulting, with real estate background preferred
* Proven track record in implementation of C&B initiatives
* Excellent financial skills and analysis of data
* Excellent knowledge of C&B best practices
* Good conflict resolution skills, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Understanding of the impact of organizational culture on engagement and performance
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management or human resources
