AX Program Manager - Dubai

Quest Search & Selection is working with a well-known international consumer beverage distributor who is currently looking to hire an AX Program Manager to join their dynamic team based in Dubai, UAE. Your key role is to manage and integrate Microsoft Dynamics AX platforms and lead a team of AX business analysts.

Job Description

The responsibilities of the AX Program Manager within this consumer business in Dubai will include:

* Spearheading enterprise business solutions to AX business analyst team.
* Creating, setting and aligning team performance plans to strategic plans.
* Regular review and resolution to gaps in processes, resources, and skills.
* Team performance monitoring that includes mentoring, setting up deadlines and trainings.
* Developing business requirements through effective liaising with stakeholders and functional areas.
* Budget planning and creation, resource expansion, creating healthy relationships with vendors and external teams, support ticket resolution and resource allocation.
* Reporting directly to Group IT Head and performing other duties as requested.

Requirements

Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (AX Program Manager)

* Certificate in Project Management.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
* Knowledge of Payroll, Finance, Sales and Distribution processes.
* Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Retail systems (Tableau, Micros, Microsoft RMS)
* Knowledge of WMS modules in AX r3
* Able to continually improve skills and knowledge specifically with industry trends.
* Able to meet deadlines and produce high-quality results within fast-paced company.
* Must be able to create business cases, operational models, and financial models.
