B2B Footwear Sales Manager

Company: Our client is a rapidly growing French footwear company specializing in safety and rugged shoes, currently expanding their operations to the UAE.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description: As the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding the client base in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
* Identify and target potential clients in industries requiring safety and rugged shoes.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
* Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve team targets.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.

Salary:
USD 5,500 to 6,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Requirements:

* Prior and current knowledge of the safety and rugged shoe industry.
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the footwear industry.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong leadership abilities with a track record of driving sales growth.
* Familiarity with sales and CRM software.
* Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
